Refund Policy

At QuickBook.co.in, a part of Sofia Online Travel Corporation Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers. We understand that plans may change, and we are here to make the cancellation and refund process as easy and efficient as possible. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation Policy for Bookings up to 3 Rooms:

1. Cancellation within 10 Minutes of Booking: We do not charge any cancellation fees for bookings cancelled within 10 minutes of creation. Any amount paid will be fully refunded.
2. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before Check-in
• Free Cancellation (100% refund of the total amount paid).
3. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Check-in
• One night’s booking charge will be deducted.
4. On the Date of Check-in
• If you decide to cancel a booking after the check-in time or do not show up at the hotel, charges for the first two nights or the complete booking amount, whichever is lower, will be deducted.

Mid-Stay Cancellations:
1. Shortening Your Stay After Check-in
• If you decide to shorten your booking post check-in, you will be charged for the next 24 hours from the official cancellation time.
• The remaining nights will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy for Bookings of 4 or More Rooms:
1. Advance Payment Requirement: A minimum of 25% of the total booking amount must be paid in advance to confirm bookings for 4 or more rooms.

2. Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Check-in Date:
FREE Cancellation (100% refund of the advance payment).

3. Cancellation Between 15 and 30 Days Before Check-in Date
50% of the advance payment will be refunded.

4. Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Check-in Date
No refund applicable.

5. On the Date of Check-in
If you do not show up at the hotel, no refund is applicable.

Mid-Stay Cancellations for 4 or More Rooms:
1. Shortening Your Stay Post Check-in
If you decide to shorten your booking after check-in, no refund will be provided.
