Scope of Services QuickBook.co.in through the QuickBook.co.in Platform markets properties, managed and/or owned by third parties (“Channel Partners”) to help Users avail the stay Services. The QuickBook.co.in Platform offers Services to its Users which shall include but shall not be limited to: • B&Bs • Homestays • Apartment • Villa • Farm House and Farm Stay • Hillzy • Rooms • Homes • Townhouse • Business • Flagship • Silver key 2. Eligibility to Use You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and capable of entering, performing, and adhering to these Terms. Individuals under the age of 18 may utilize/browse the QuickBook.co.in Platform only with the involvement, guidance, and supervision of their parents or legal guardians, under such parent/legal guardian’s registered account. QuickBook.co.in reserves the right to terminate a User’s access and refuse to provide User with access to the QuickBook.co.in Platform if it is discovered that the User is under the age of 18. 3. Wide variety of hotels available on our platform tailored to meet customer expectations. 2. Providing booking vouchers that entitle customers to stay in selected properties as per terms. 3. Customer support for guidance in selecting suitable accommodations within preferred budgets. 4. In case of check-in denial, provision of alternate accommodations or a refund if no alternatives are available. 5. Providing a comfortable stay experience with amenities including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, spotless linen, sanitized washrooms, and 24/7 front desk support. Pay at Hotel Bookings A percentage of monthly revenues should be collected via designated methods, and non-compliance will result in deductions from Operator payouts. 22. Use of Rooms by Operator Staff Staff members are prohibited from occupying guest rooms; penalties apply for violations. 23. CCTV Operators are required to provide access to property records and CCTV footage upon request for oversight purposes. 24. Toiletry Kit A set of toiletries must be provided in each room upon check-in, and pricing details are outlined. 25. Operator Responsibility Operators must maintain adequate stock levels of provided kits and are subject to penalties for non-compliance. 26. Uniform Audit Staff uniforms must be maintained in presentable condition; penalties will be applied for violations. 27. Google My Business Rating Penalty Operators are required to maintain high ratings on Google My Business, with penalties for falling below set thresholds.
